As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the team that promotes the full Ensigma range of wireless communications solutions to a world-wide range of customers. You will help to shape our marketing strategy by developing and delivering key messaging materials to the market. You will take ownership of specific parts of the overall marketing strategy and work closely with other members of the wider team to develop and support on-going initiatives.
Supporting the Product Management and Business Development teams, you will
-Create marketing strategies to develop product campaigns
-Own the creation and maintenance of product documentation and marketing materials such as whitepapers and blogs for sales and the company website
-Manage development the Ensigma web pages on the company website
-Work with the internal communications team to develop external messaging and materials – such as trade articles - as needed
-Support the Business Development and Sales organisations with customer engagements either remotely or at customer sites
-Promote products (internally and externally) through webinars, blog posts and presentations
-Represent Ensigma at various conferences and exhibitions around the world
-Manage the gathering of information to identify market opportunities and understand comparative offerings in the market
-Develop customer insight / journey mapping / voice of customer initiatives to provide inputs into current and future product developments
-Work with customers to create content for case studies

-Knowledge of various wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, IEEE 802.15.4)
-Product Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in a technical subject (Electronics Engineering etc.)
-An energetic, innovative, creative and collaborative approach to Product Marketing
-A real passion, hunger and energy for improving and adapting Product Marketing
-An ability to influence peers and develop strong relationships
-The ability to work under pressure
-Excellent communication and written skills
-Ability to create compelling content
-High attention to detail and well organised and can take the initiative to solve problems
